Convergence and divergence across captured market accounts: where similar representations, actor roles or subjects are shared, and where they differ. Each comparison identifies the AI systems or answer products and their modes or surfaces.
The Observatory presents these readings as a public, neutral reference across AI and search surfaces — observed by a governed method, not promotional content.

What is Model Watch?
A governed comparison of captured readings of the same market. Divergence shows where representations differ; convergence shows where similar actors, roles, subjects or market structures appear across the compared accounts. Both are informative within the stated scope.
Why can readings represent one market differently?
Readings may differ across systems, products, modes, surfaces or capture windows. Those differences do not by themselves reveal hidden weighting or a single cause.
Which AI systems or answer products are compared?
Each reading names the sources it compares: the same model across modes, different models, or a model and another AI answer product. Sustained convergence across comparable observations can increase confidence that a representation is shared or persistent across those sources. It does not establish objective truth or statistical independence.
