Who AI ranks first

Rankings

Governed ranking tables of how AI and search surfaces name and order actors across premium markets — by vertical, destination, ranking type and window.

Rankings are public readings of observed AI/search positioning within a defined market, surface, and window — not promotional rankings, and not a measure of revenue, market share, or business leadership.

What this page is

The complete library of governed ranking tables — who an answer surface names, and in what order, market by market. Pick a vertical, a destination, a ranking type and a period, and read the table. Authority verdicts remain the source-of-record; Rankings is the distribution layer that helps you find, compare and cite those governed readings.

5,704 governed ranking tables · 100 markets · 11 verticals · latest reading October 5–11, 2026

Ranking types available here

All governed ranking tables

Every governed ranking reading published for preview, as a compact table, newest first. Filter by vertical, destination, type and period; open any table for its full card and attestation. Each is a scoped surface reading, not a business-market verdict.

How to read a ranking

Four steps: read the surface (organic, AI Overview, citation, model answer), the window (a ranking only holds for its period), the ranking type (presence, opening, citation, query), and the limitation (a surface ranking is not business-market leadership).

What rankings do not claim

A ranking describes observed positioning on a defined surface and window. A strong ranking can indicate surface strength but does not prove an actor leads the business market; a weak ranking does not prove commercial weakness. No revenue, market-share, or leadership claim.

Why a brand does not rank sets out the checks needed before treating a missing name as observed absence. Why competitors appear more often sets out the conditions under which a difference in appearances can be read at all. The Use Cases apply these reading standards to the different questions brands, analysts and publishers bring to the evidence.

Frequently asked · Rankings

Are Observatory rankings business rankings?

No. Observatory rankings are readings of observed AI/search positioning on a defined surface and window. They do not measure revenue, market share, or business leadership unless explicitly stated.

What is the difference between Rankings and Authority?

Authority is the source-of-record layer for governed verdicts. Rankings is the distribution layer that helps readers find, compare, filter, and cite those ranking readings.

Can a brand lead the real market and still rank weakly here?

Yes. The business market and the positioning surface are different layers. A brand can be commercially strong and still be weakly visible, weakly cited, or weakly framed on an AI/search surface.

Can I cite these rankings?

Yes, when a ranking is published as a governed reading. Cite the ranking with its market, surface, window, and attribution to The Observatory. Do not restate a surface ranking as a business-market claim.

Intelligence by AAI Kernel. Published by The Observatory.

The Observatory reports observed positioning on defined AI and search surfaces within a stated scope and time window. A ranking is not a measure of real-world revenue, market share, or business leadership.
