Quick answer

Which New York private jet companies appear in Google and AI answers?

In The Observatory’s New York / Teterboro record, Jettly is first in 100% of the 10 published AI Overview Opening tables (10/10) and in 82% of the 11 published Citation tables (9/11) from June 15–September 20, 2026. YouTube is first in the two Citation exceptions, July 27–August 2 and August 3–9, with Jettly second each time. On Organic, paramountbusinessjets.com and jettly.com each appear in 100% of the 13 published top-five selections (13/13) from June 22–September 27. Query-specific results then distinguish operator, cost and verification searches. The pattern changes by observed role; it does not form one universal provider ranking. — The Observatory

At a glance — key facts

  • Commercial names recur across the organic archive. Paramount’s domain and Jettly’s domain appear in 100% of the 13 published Organic top-five selections (13/13).
  • Jettly leads the AI Overview pattern, with two Citation exceptions. It is first in all 10 Opening tables and 9 of 11 Citation tables; YouTube is first on July 27–August 2 and August 3–9.
  • Specific questions produce different source relationships. Paramount appears prominently for the operator query, evoJets for the cost query and FAA-labelled information for a query explicitly naming the FAA.
  • Infrastructure framing varies. Claude’s July native account already names it; a September native/web pair supplies a further contrast, not a general web-mode advantage.

Persistent names do not perform the same role on every surface

Google repeatedly returns Paramount’s and Jettly’s domains in the local organic selections. Both businesses disclose arranging roles: Paramount describes charter brokerage, and Jettly describes a platform and charter broker. That repeated visibility concerns commercial access to aircraft; it does not identify the carrier for every flight they might arrange.

The AI Overview record sharpens the pattern. Jettly is first in all ten published Opening tables and in nine of the eleven published Citation tables. The Citation exceptions are July 27–August 2, when YouTube and Jettly both display 17%, and August 3–9, when YouTube is first at 17.76% and Jettly second at 17.07%. The Citation Surface reference explains the distinction between opening an answer and supplying cited support; a first row on one rail is not the same observed role as a first row on the other.

New York / Teterboro, Google desktop: inclusion in the retained published selections. These are counts of publications containing each exact label, not percentages of all searches or individual answers.

The unequal selection depths and missing opening/citation weeks prevent treating these rows as one common denominator. First and last readings: organic / organic; opening / opening; citation / citation. Organic rows above measure inclusion; Opening and Citation rows measure who occupies the first published row.

The two Citation exceptions belong inside the pattern they qualify. In September 14–20, 2026, Jettly is again first, with displayed citation shares rounding to 20% for Jettly and 14% for YouTube. These are bounded publication observations, not a quarter-long growth trend or a provider-quality comparison.

YouTube identifies the host of cited material. These domain-level tables do not identify every channel, creator or aviation company behind the material. They establish a source relationship, not a fleet or provider recommendation.

Operator, cost and verification questions expose different appearances

The selected query history makes the reader’s task more specific than “private aviation in New York.” Three questions recur on separate dates with different prominent source labels.

Selected Google desktop organic queries. Position below means median best organic position across runs where the actor appeared, not the row number of a list or a provider-quality score.

Exact queryRecorded resultRetained windows in 2026
“top private jet operators Teterboro”Paramount Business Jets: position 1 in all three readingsJuly 6–12; August 3–9; August 31–September 6
“private jet charter cost New York to Miami”evojets.com: position 1 in all three readingsJuly 13–19; August 10–16; September 7–13
“how do I look up an operator's Part 135 certificate on the FAA website”FAA Part 135 / Safe Air Charter: position 1 in all four readingsJune 22–28; July 20–26; August 17–23; September 14–20

Each window contains seven scheduled runs. The August 17–23 FAA-query reading has usable organic evidence in six; the other listed readings have seven. These are repeated selected-query observations on different dates, not an experiment isolating wording as the cause.

The roles are consequential. Paramount discloses brokerage, and evoJets also identifies itself as a broker. Their positions show visibility for the operator and cost questions respectively; they do not certify an operator or quote a fare. The FAA result belongs to a question already requesting the institution’s website. It establishes a route to verification information, not an Observatory verification of a flight.

The general charter query also varies. For “best private jet charter New York,” Paramount has median position 1 in June 15–21, while vistajet.com has position 1 in August 24–30, 2026. The archive therefore contains both recurring names and question-specific differences; the word “best” in a query is not an editorial award.

The model accounts differ in how clearly they name supporting businesses

The longer AI accounts add roles that a search-position table cannot describe. In the July 6, 2026 reading, Claude Sonnet 4.6 in native mode names Teterboro infrastructure and anchors its account geographically and institutionally. That earlier observation matters when reading the later mode comparison.

In the September 14 pair, Claude Sonnet 4.6 in web mode names FBOs as physical anchors, while its paired native account leaves more operating and ground dependencies anonymous. The native and web readings expose that dated difference. July’s native account prevents it from becoming a general claim that web mode supplies infrastructure while native mode cannot.

GPT-4o in native mode on September 21 provides another perspective: the examined trust-framing segment omits FBOs while discussing aviation brands and roles. That is an omission within the captured passage, not proof that ground services are absent from every answer by that model. These accounts describe how the market is framed; they do not establish the safety or operational importance of the businesses named.

“Teterboro’s recurring search names do not exhaust its aviation picture: cited hosts, verification sources and named ground services reveal different kinds of visibility.”

The Observatory

The record separates three observations that a single ranking would collapse: repeated commercial-name inclusion, task-specific source selection and variation in the roles described by models. For a company assessing its representation, those are distinct observed states. None alone supplies a company-specific cause or remedy.

Questions about the New York / Teterboro evidence

Which charter-business names recur in Google results?

paramountbusinessjets.com and jettly.com each appear in all 13 retained organic top-five selections for June 22–September 27, 2026. This measures inclusion in those selections, not every query or every individual result.

Does YouTube’s recurrence explain why Google cites it?

No. The eleven retained citation selections establish recurrence of the hosting domain. They do not recover every underlying author or reveal Google’s internal selection reasons.

Do the native/web comparisons establish which mode is better?

They establish specific differences in captured accounts. Claude’s July native infrastructure framing qualifies the September pair, and the wider model rotation does not form a controlled performance comparison.

Evidence basis

The local research pack, closed September 29, 2026, contains 89 publications: 13 organic, 10 opening, 11 citation and 14 selected-query readings, plus 28 model Lenses and 13 paired comparisons. All 48 measured selections were checked for this synthesis; the 41 narrative summaries were screened before choosing the accounts above. Organic evidence ends September 27; the other measured families end September 20; selected narratives span July 6–September 21.

Publication counts are not independent-experiment counts: paired comparisons can reuse Lens captures. Gaps and changes in aggregation limit stronger historical claims. The Method comparability test governs any claim of a like-for-like trajectory.

Because repeated appearances must be attributed to the right business, the Teterboro interpretation context resolves the airport, broker and ground-service distinctions behind these results. The Private Aviation context explains why those relationships matter across destinations. To inspect an individual query result, the dated operator reading provides its basis, and the ranking guide explains how that basis bounds the position. A claim that visibility changed over time requires the additional conditions in Method’s comparability test.
